Why Treadmill and Why not walking outdoors?

Natural way is far better and cannot be competed. But the environment we live in has changed a lot and has made walking / jogging UNSAFE.

Treadmill is a SAFE practise. It includes monitoring of your health with a variety of programms to choose or to programme your choice of exercise.
