WHY GYM ?

From our perspective, three things needs to be enriched with positivity to make us feel good, happy and held us high / elated in addition to look better in the society. Fitness centers BUILD YOU naturally by simulating the daily routines that we are supposed to do in our life.
Three things that requires to be attended daily are,

Brain
Heart
Muscles

Based on the above, we have planned the machines in our building. For each one of these we have allotted a Bay.

These are the items that we have with us,

Cardio machines (Tread Mill, Stationary bike, Rowers)
Olympic weights and Bars
Pin loaded Strength Machines (pec fly, shoulder press, leg strength)
Plate Loaded Strength machine
Benches, Power racks
Functional Training
Studio – Yoga, Dance, Tuitions and alike

Our Building has been designed designated as shown

Bay -1 (Strength Machines)
Bay - 2 (Studio)
Bay - 2A (Cardio Machines)
Bay - 2B (Steam Room)
Bay - 3 ( Garden )

Bay-1 is intended to be played by Professional or Trained personnel with knowledge in weights.Flooring of this bay is done with rubber mats (Neoflex) imported from Europe.

IWF Platform and Olympic weights are imported from Eleiko to ensure our players use the same weights that are used in Olympics
